Keith has been involved in video production and marketing his entire career. He has won 7 Emmy Awards from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. His early career focused on covering college and NFL football for FOX and has been a freelance NFL Films photographer. Over the years he has been shooting on the sidelines at several Super Bowls and College Bowl games and now takes the knowledge he has gained in his 30+ year career and applies it to helping young athletes showcase their very best.
Keith Donavan
Ross played for two sure-fire, legendary College Hall of Fame coaches: Colorado's Bill McCartney and Hayden Fry, at the University of Iowa. He founded the Milwaukee High Flyers 7 on 7 organization, a team that won the All-American 7 on 7 League championship twice in Chicago, IL. While attending Iowa, Ross interned with one of the original collegiate scouting services, NAMES (National Athletic Merit Endorsement Service). That cemented a lifelong interest in helping aspiring high school athletes. In addition to MaxOut, Ross is currently the Director of Scouting for PrepStar, the nation's oldest and most reputable recruiting service.
